The mission is two-fold: First, to create a constant backdrop of vibes to study, chill, create, meditate or just freestyle with the homies. Second, to help producers get paid for doing what they love.

Capital Area Fitness Academy

Frederick Douglass once said "It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men and women". Capital Area Fitness Academy is looking to make this a reality by indulging children in the elite sport of boxing. Its mission to help young people in Central Pennsylvania become productive, caring, and outstanding citizens is being pushed by nonprofit owner and boxing coach Wayne Thompson.
